Ingredients

atta / wheat roti (70gms)

eggs (2)

tomatoes 2 medium (1 for curry + 1 for salad)

onion 1.5 small (1 for curry +0.5 for salad)

red chillies 2

curd - 3tsp

salt, chilli powder, coriander powder (as per taste)

curry leaves

ghee

Method

Step 1

make tomato onion & red chillies paste

Step 2

hard boil eggs

Step 3

heat pan and ghee

Step 4

saute onions and tomatoes paste till it sheds raw smell

Step 5

add other spices as required

Step 6

add any garam masala if required

Step 7

add boiled eggs and cook in sim for -mins

Step 8

turn off flame & leave it in the pan heat

Step 9

eat well !!!! yay
