Rolled oats, milk, sucralose (Add nuts, chia seeds according to macros).

Method

Step 1

Add gms of rolled oats in boiling water and cook for - minutes till it reaches desired consistency.

Step 2

Strain excess water and let it cool for few minutes.

Step 3

Boil the cooked rolled oats with ml milk for to minutes till it turns thick.

Step 4

Add sugar-free powder for taste.
