Rohu 600 gm

Mustard Oil 15 gm

For Marination - 1 lemon, ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,jeera powder,red chilli powder,garam masala - 1 tea spoon each

Besan - 10 gm

Method

Step 1

Clean the fish properly and add all the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate for mins.

Step 2

Shallow Fry the marinated fish in a pan at medium flame.

Step 3

Serve with Salad.
