soya chunks 50gm ghee 3 gm pink salt as per taste Chaat masala
take a pan and start heating in a very slight flame . now add ghee in it and then add soya chunks . keep the flame very very low and start tossing it in intervals . let's it roast for - min till the chunks starts to make crispy sound and also turns slight brown . now add salt and Chaat masala , and enjoy your snacks . you can store it and use till week.
