Method

Step 1

Put chicken pieces in a bowl

Step 2

Put salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and lemon juice over the chicken

Step 3

Keep this marinated chicken for min

Step 4

Take some yoghurt, add a bit of mustard oil, red chili, black pepper and mix them together

Step 5

Add the already marinated chicken to this mixture and keep it again for marination for a few minutes

Step 6

Preheat the oven. Put the chicken pieces inside the microwave and cook it for around minutes

Step 7

You can add some butter over chicken for flavour
