soya chunks raw 0.75cup(34grm)
tomato 1 medium size
cashews 4pc
olive oil 1 tea spoon
cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
curry masala 1/2 tea spoon
salt as per taste
boil soya chunks properly and wash it in cold water then squeeze out the water and cut it to small pieces
make paste of tomato,cumin seeds, cashews, curry powder
in a pan take oil then add the grinded masala and cook it for mins till the oil sepate
add the soya chunks add water and salt for taste
cook it for mins
serve with rice
