Ingredients

Rice - 80 gm

Mushroom - 100 gm

Capsicum - 100 gm

Paneer - 100 gm

Ghee - 10 gm

Onion,Whole Garam Masala, Corriander Powder

Method

Step 1

Cut paneer into cubes & add salt ,pepper & chillipowder

Step 2

Shallow Fry (Optional as I can't have raw paneer) Raw paneer can also be used

Step 3

Add ghee in a wok add whole garam masala. Once the aroma starts , add cumin, onion . Once onion becomes translucent. Add capsicum,post min cooking on low flame, add mushroom,pepper powder, Corriander powder & salt along with cooked rice. Post min add paneer & cook with lid closed for min . #quantifiednutrition #nutrition #recipe
