Cut paneer into cubes & add salt ,pepper & chillipowder
Shallow Fry (Optional as I can't have raw paneer) Raw paneer can also be used
Add ghee in a wok add whole garam masala. Once the aroma starts , add cumin, onion . Once onion becomes translucent. Add capsicum,post min cooking on low flame, add mushroom,pepper powder, Corriander powder & salt along with cooked rice.
