Method

Step 1

Take g Rice and keep in hot warm water for few minutes. Then grind the rice till it's broken into small pieces. Keep this aside. . Peel, core and grate the apple. Add the grated apples to a pan. Add sweetener and sauté till water evaporates. Keep it aside . Pour ml milk in a pot, add bay ground cardamom seeds and bring it to boil. . Add rice and cook for minutes then add the apple and sweetener. Cook for another min and turnoff the gas. . Transfer it to serving bowl. Garnish with crushed almonds and strands of saffron. Chill in the fridge for a few hours. It tastes best when served chilled. Happy Dieting!
