Full fat milk 500 ml
Rice 25 gm
Almond 5 gm
Ghee 2 gm
Cardamom (for flavour)
Sugarfree (as per taste)
Rince rice and keep in water for - minutes
Heat up a pan and add ghee to it.
Drain water from rice from and saute in pan for minutes
Add milk and sugarfree in the pan and mix well.
Let it boil for - minutes. Keep stirring in between to avoid milk sticking to the bottom
Once rice is almost cooked, add cardamom powder and almonds
Stir well in interval till rice is fully cooked and thickened to your desirable consistency. Serve warm and enjoy.
