2 tsp ginger garlic paste
20 ml coconut milk
100 gm veggies like colour capsicum and zucchini
Basil leaves
2 tsp Red Thai curry paste
1tsp lime juice
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok on medium heat. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for seconds Then add Red Thai curry paste. Stir in coconut milk . Cover and cook for minutes
Add prawns and cook uncovered for - minutes until prawns are cooked. Then add coconut milk and veggies for - min
Switch off the gas and add few drop of lime juice and basil leaves. Let it rest for minutes and serve
