Rawa, veggies (onion, capsicum, carrot), curd, ghee
make a batter with gm of rawa and gm of curd mix well add some water so that batter gets thick like paste keep it a side for min... till then cut all veggies add those veggies into the batter...mix well... take a pan add oil, add the mustard seeds let it split up then add the batter evenly distributed to whole pan... cover the pan let it cook for min then the other side.
