Soya chunks raw - 50gm, raw rice - 10gm, oil -5gm, raw mango - 1 medium size, gren chilli - 1 (long),seasoning - mustard seeds/cumin/ajowan/as per choice
Boil rice, set aside . Boil soya chunks in water, drain excess water, squeeze it and grind it coarse. . Grate the raw mango, cut the green chilli. . In a pan, add oil,seasoning and green chilli. . Add grated raw mango into it and let it cook for -minutes. . Add in the blended soya chunks , rice and mix well. Extremely delicious raw mango rice is ready to eat. This can be had just by itself or with peanut chutney or any mild vegetable subzi as per choice.
