Rava 20gms

Rice flour 20gms

Curd 15gms

Oil 5gms

Ginger, salt, coriander, cumin, neem leaves

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and add water to it to make dosa consistency. Let the batter rest for minutes . Now heat the pan, drizzle some oil and pour the batter. Cook it from one side and its ready. Enjoy it with potato masala and chutney
