Ingredients

1/2 litre milk( for paneer) 15 gm milk powder 150 ml milk( for Rabdi) Pinch of cardamom powder 5gm pistachio 5gm almonds Few strands of saffron 5 sachet sugar free

Method

Step 1

For Paneer firstly, boil milk. add half lemon juice and stir till milk curdles completely. drain the curdled milk and squeeze off excess water. after minutes, take gm paneer (from total prepared paneer from / litre milk) add sugar free( sachet) and start to knead the paneer for - minutes. make small balls and flatten. keep aside. For boiling rasmalai firstly, take sugar free( sachet) and a glass of water. Allow the syrup to boil. after that, drop the prepared paneer balls. cover and boil for minutes. Milk (Rabdi) and rasmalai Firstly, add milk powder in the milk. heat milk and get to a boil. Add saffron milk( take - tbsps hot milk and add few strands of saffron. Keep it aside for half an hour) further, add sugar free( sachet), pinch of cardamom powder. give a good mix and get to boil for - mins on sim Remove water from prepared rasmalai and add it in boiling milk. Now add choice of your dry fruits. ( I added pistachio and almonds). After mins turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Refrigerate it for hours.
