garlic and ginger paste to taste
green chillies to taste
ghee 10gm
soak soya chunks in water for half an hour
steam soaked soya chunks in pressure cooker for mins
add ghee to pan and sauté onion, then add garlic ginger paste and chillies to taste
add diced tomatoes and add salt turmeric and red chilly powder and stir
add diced potatoes and some water and cover the lid to let the potatoes cook
when potatoes are cooked, and steamed soya chunks
add garam masala in the end and mix well
note - add water according to the level of gravy you want. serve with rice or roti!
