Method

Step 1

temper ghee

Step 2

add spices like mustard seed, cumin, curry leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic

Step 3

add green vegetable, rajma, rice, soya chunks

Step 4

add water and salt

Step 5

close the cooker lid and simmer it on low flame for whistle

Step 6

enjoy your meal
