Step 1

Soak the below over night- g rice g urad dal g chana g soya chunks Some methi seeds And soak g poha mins before you want to make the batter. Now while making the batter, grind all the above into a fine paste. Add some water and g ragi flour and grind again to mix ragi well. The batter should be kept for hours(in summer) for fermentation Once fermented, it makes about g batter depending on the water you used. Greese the idli plate with some ghee and put the batter in and steam for mins. And serve hot One plate- g batter P- C- . F- .
