Ingredients

Ragi flour- 50 gms

Ghee- 2 gms

water - 50 ml appx

Salt pinch

Makes 2 rotis

Method

Step 1

Bring water to boil in an open pan. Add the salt and let it dissolve. stir.

Step 2

Put the flour in the boiling water. Stir and mix well. Lower the flame and close lid. Switch off gas after a minute. Let it stay for few minutes.

Step 3

Scoop out contents in plate. In warm state, add little ghee and water spoonfuls,if needed and make a soft dough.

Step 4

Roll and roast normally.

Step 5

Serve hot with little bit ghee, since the nutrients get absorbed properly, if taken with fat(ghee).

Step 6

Have it with any accompaniment of your choice! I had them with paneer bhurji and dal 😀
