Jaggery-50gms can be replaced with sugar free with 3-4 pellets
Ghee-25gms
Cashews and almonds-5gms each
cardamom powder as per taste
Roast rahi flour on a thick bottom pan on low flame till it changes colour and becomes aromatic
Add ghee an mix well
Switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and grate the jaggery into it, mix it very well breaking any lumps
Once it cools down a little mix again and start rolling them. I made approx from this
