Quinoa 80gm

Chicken Breast 250gm

Ghee 14ml

Veggies 200gm

Method

Step 1

Wash Quinoa with water - times

Step 2

Rinse With water for - min and let it dry.

Step 3

Add part water and part Dry quinoa in the bowl/pan and let it slow cook

Step 4

you can add salt to it. Let it absorb all the water.

Step 5

For the chicken part.

Step 6

Saute the veggies in ml oil

Step 7

Fry the chicken in ml Oil

Step 8

Mix and add species

Step 9

Serve Hot with the Seasoning
