Salt as per taste
Red chilli flakes
Vinegar or lemon
Carrot 10g
Pre cook quinoa. I used double amount of water to cook /boil it
Heat oil,add mushroom,carrots and sauté for minutes
Add bell pepper,salt,chilli flakes and sauté for min
Add pre cooked Quinoa ,soy sauce and mix well
Cook for min.
Add lemon juice or vinegar and mix well.it is ready to serve
