Quinoa & Tur dal ( 1:1 ratio) ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp curry leaves onion & tomato - 2 tbsp each coriander leaves
pressure cook gms quinoa & gms tur dal for whistles (Alter quantity as per your diet) . In a pan, add oil ,jeera ,hing ,ginger garlic paste, curry leaves & saute . add tbsp onion & tbsp tomato & saute till cooked . add the mashed quinoa & tur dal paste . add salt , rasam powder / chilli powder . garnish with lime & coriander leaves.
