Avocado - 150g

Quinoa - 45g

Egg - 1 large

Mixed veggies - 180g

Oil - 10g

Method

Step 1

Pressure cook quinoa with : proportions of quinoa and water

Step 2

Boil egg on the side and sauté veggies in g oil

Step 3

Take cooked quinoa, veggies, boiled egg and half avocado. Drizzle g of olive oil on top and serve it hot
