Mix the quinoa puffs, chia seeds and whey protein powder in a bowl. Mix the peanut butter and milk in another bowl. If necessary, briefly heat in the microwave so that the mixture becomes more liquid. Now add the liquid mass to the dry one and mix everything well. Press the tough ball into a shape. Spread some Protein Cream on the quinoa mixture if you like.
