Spices: Salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon any garam masala or maggi masala or sambar masala
Lemon juice
Add cumin seeds to hot oil
Gradually add onion, tomato, green chillies, mini peppers; Saute for a min.
Add oats and all spices; cook for min. Stir occasionally.
Add water and cook.
Turn off the flame; add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
