Ingredients

2 slices of brown bread

4 g butter

2 boiled eggs

10 g tomato ketchup

milk 150 ml

mangoes 100 g

Method

Step 1

So this is what I do. Boil eggs and shred them onto a slice of toasted brown bread with gm of butter and sprinkle a little salt and g of tomato ketchup. Cover it with another slice of bread and voila, we have a simple egg sandwich which is quick and tastes really good.
