Whole wheat flour chapati: 1
Kidney beans: 40 gm
Melted butter: 15 gm
Tomato ketchup: 15 gm
Chilli sauce: 10 gm
Amul cheese cube: 1
French beans chopped: 5-6 or 20 gm
Carrots: 1/2 or 30 gm
Sweet corn kernels: 1/8 cup or 20 gm
Onion: 1/2 or 40 gm
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
Green chilli : 1
Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
Lime juice: 1/4 tsp
Oregano, chilli flakes: As per taste
Salt: As per taste
Pepper powder: As per taste
Butter: 5 gm
Boil kidney beans in cooker till mushy.
Finely chop carrots, onions, garlic, french beans, green chilli.
Heat up butter in a pan; add onion, garlic, green chilli to it and cook for a few minutes.
Add in french beans, carrot, corn along with kidney beans and cook till done.
Add jeera powder, red chilli powder, lime juice, oregano, ketchup, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and mix all well.
Take one ready chapati, put some mixture on / roti in a semi-circle and grate cheese on it. Fold it in a semi-circle, apply butter and cook on tawa on both sides.
Serve hot with sauces and dip.
