knead dough mixing soya flour, wheat flour, salt, ajwain and ml oil for puris. rest it for min. . pre heat otg for min on ⁰ and roll out puris. . this much flour will make - puris (small size) . separately boil potatoes, peel and make aloo sabji in ml oil as per your taste. . put rolled puris on the greased tray (ml oil that is left). keep checking and turn the puris in between. . tadaa, awesome lunch is ready
