Pumpkin 200g

Carrot 100g

Ghee 10g

Almonds 10g

Milk 100ml

Black cardamom seeds

Saffron

Stevia (sweetener of ur choice)

Method

Step 1

Grate pumpkin and carrots

Step 2

Heat a kadai and add grated pumpkin carrots and cover with lid Cook on low flame for mins

Step 3

Add black cardamom seeds,ghee and mix well

Step 4

Cook for mins

Step 5

Add saffron soaked in milk,sweetener and mix well Cook for mins uncovered

Step 6

Garnish with chopped almonds or dry fruit of ur choice and as per macros

Step 7
