50gm. Wheat flour 30gm. Soya chunks 30gm. Gram flour 5gm. oil cucumber and coriander
Grind soya chunks and make powder. Add all flour, salt, green chillies, grated cucumber, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder mix well and make a dough.
grese oil on back of a plate and by pressing with your fingers make a chapati (the dough is sticky and hence not possible to roll it)
transfer it carefully on tawa. make small cuts on it with the help of knife. cover and let it cook on low flame for mins.
apply little oil and cook both the sides, make it crispy. remember to cook on low to medium flame only else it won't cook inside.
add butter on top and enjoy with cold curd.
