take a gm oat in ml milk one or two hour before your breakfast time or you can do one night before and put in freezer
chop banana ,
add extra milk in oat
add banana
add peanut butter and dry fruit.
add whey protein
add honey
and mix it with mixture or grinder
add some pomegranate if you like (optional)
