Method

Step 1

Make dough with wheat and tofu. You don’t need extra water to knead it. I took soft tofu. Then add cheese as filling. Roll Paranthas or flat breads and roast it with ghee. Bhaaji Boil veggies. Make a good onion and tomato curry with pao bhaji masala, turmeric and add veggies. Relish bhaaji with Paranthas
