Besan - 40 Grams
Paneer - 40 Grams
Chopped onion - 20 Grams
Green chilli and coriander chopped
Oil - 5 Grams
Spices - Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric
Pinch of baking soda
Mix besan with all the spices, soda and add water to achieve pouring consistency.
In a appe pan brush oil and add half a spoon batter in it.
Now place paneer cube and cover it with batter.
Flip the pakaro after one side is done and cook from the other side.
Make rest of them in similar manner.
Enjoy with mint coriander chutney π.
