nuts, saffron,cardamom as per ur plan or choice( I used 10gm total)
protein powder 2 scoop ( I used 2 scoop u can go as per your requirement)
water 200 ml
milk 50 ml
peel carrots and grind it in mixer ,put ghee in Kadai and mix carrot n roast it in low flame for mins then mix protein powder in it .Mix milk n water and pour in it .keep ur gas in low flame and let it dry ..done Add some nuts and enjoy..
