3 scoops of chia seeds soaked in luke warm water for about 1-2 hours

2 Scoops of lean whey protein

2 scoops of curd

Few cut peices of kiwi

3-4 green seedless grapes

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy the mixed dish which is very easy to prepare and very delicious to intake.
