Any fruits of your choice 150gm Banana Apricot Blueberries/strawberries Mango

Almond milk 100gm (low calories) or any milk

Spinach leaves

Whey scoop -1

Vanilla drops

Chia or sunflower seeds (5gms)

Method

Step 1

Green smoothie bowl ) blend together banana (gms) + handful of spinach+ whey scoop (Vanilla flavour)+ gm milk. ) transfer in your favourite bowl and decorate it with remaining gms fruits ( banana , blueberries, strawberries) ) yellow smoothie bowl ) blend together mango (-gm)+ milk + whey scoop ) transfer in the bowl and decorate with remaining fruits + chia seeds+ mix seeds ) Red smoothie bowl ) Blend together strawberries 🍓 + banana + milk + whey scoop ) transfer in the bowl and decorate with remaining fruits
