Paneer: 40 gms Greek yogurt: 30 gms Chickpeas: 25gms Chutney: 5gms Veggies (spinach, carrot, bell pepper): 10gms 2 brown bread: 25 gms each Butter: 5gms
In a bowl add yogurt, veggies (chopped or grated), paneer, boiled and mashed chickpeas, green chutney and mix well. Spread on brown bread and put on pan to make sandwich.
