Wheat flour 50g

Cheese slice

Ghee 5g

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks and mix with wheat.Add Ajwain kasuri methi salt and Make a dough

Step 2

Roll two rotis

Step 3

Place a cheese slice on one roti & place other roti and seal the sides

Step 4

Shallow fry and it’s done
