In a bowl or jar, add g oats, g pumpkin seeds, tsp cinnamon powder, and g psyllium husk. . Pour in ml milk and enough water (about – ml) to reach your preferred consistency. . Add scoop whey protein and mix thoroughly until smooth and lump-free. . Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (– hours). . In the morning, give it a good stir. Add a splash of milk or water if you prefer a thinner consistency. . Enjoy it cold, or microwave for – seconds if you like it warm. Top with a few extra pumpkin seeds or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
