Whey protein - 1 scoop
Wheat flour - 20gms
Milk - 100ml
Egg - 1
Cooking oil - 5gm
Honey - 5gm
Cream - 15gm
Mixed berries - 100gm
In a bowl, mix whey powder,wheat flour, milk, egg.
Put oil in a pan.
Pour one ladle from the whey mixture.
Cook on both sides for minutes. Makes medium sized pancakes.
Drizzle some honey on pancake and serve with a dollop of cream.
Blend berries with cold water to make a glass of sumptuous juice.
