Ingredients

Whey protein (flavoured)

Whole egg(1)

Banana(1)

Raisins(10 gm)

Almonds(5 gm)

Natural peanut butter(10 gm)

Butter(3 gm)

Method

Step 1

Add one whole egg to a scoop of whey protein and stir it well

Step 2

Add one mashed banana to the mixture

Step 3

Add almonds and raisins

Step 4

Put some butter on the pan and you're almost there

Step 5

Once done add a tsp of natural peanut at the top

Step 6

Sit back, relax and enjoy the meal🍽
