Ingredients

Flour - 65gm

whey protein powder- 25gm

chia seeds -8gm (2tsp)

baking powder -1tsp

baking soda -1tsp

milk - 60ml

Banana - 80gm

Peanut butter- 15gm

Honey : 10gm

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan for the pancakes

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients except milk

Step 3

add in the milk slowly and make a thiccccc batter

Step 4

add in more water/milk depending on the consistency, I like it thick as the pancake holds its shape.

Step 5

Dont skip baking powder and baking soda, they give the pancakes its fluffiness and the rise, so don't skip it ok???

Step 6

cook it on a medium heat and stack it over โ˜บ๏ธ

Step 7
