1 scoop whey protein powder

1 oz drinking water

Method

Step 1

**You can use whatever whey protein powder you like for this.

Step 2

Add just enough water to protein powder until it resembles to pancake batter like substance.

Step 3

Add the mixture to a non stick skillet on a medium heat, cooking - min on each side so as to not dry it out.

Step 4

Plate and enjoy.

Step 5

** Top it with fruits , honey or maple syrup as you like but don't forget to add calories of the same.
