Oats 50 g

1 Banana

whey protein (1 scoop)

2 whole eggs

Vanilla essence (optional)

Method

Step 1

) Take g of oats & grind it into fine powder

Step 2

) Add banana, whole eggs , whey protein ( scoop) , Vanilla essence & little water .

Step 3

) Grind till it becomes thick .

Step 4

) Take a non stick pan & pour the batter . let it cook till it becomes light gold colour .

Step 5

) Your High protein Pan cake is ready .
