Ingredients

100 grams banana

2 eggs

1 scoop of Whey Protein

100 ml Milk

1 teaspoon butter

50 grams of bread crumbs

Method

Step 1

Take grams of wheat bread ( slice) make it into crumbs.

Step 2

Add milk, banana, eggs, whey protein and bread crumbs into blender and blend it.

Step 3

Apply butter on a hot pan and prepare the pancakes 🥞
