moong daal 50gm
soya chunks 25gm
psyllium husk 1tbsp
green chilli and ginger
Salt to taste
olive oil 5gm
soak moong daal for half an hour in room temperature water or mins in hot water.
grind moong daal, green chilli and ginger in mixer grinder.
grind soya chunks and add it into moong daal paste.
add psyllium husk too into the paste. mix it properly.
add water and salt and let it rest for mins. let psyllium husk and soya granules to swell up.
after mins heat a non stick tawa. brush some oil, put the batter on it and spead it.
tadaa.. your protein packed moong daal chilla is ready. it's so easy and super tasty..
serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
