Ingredients

40gms rava/suji/samolina 5gms butter/ghee/oil 50gms paneer 1 teaspoon chopped onion n tomato Salt n green or red chilli to taste

Method

Step 1

Take a pan and heat . Pour the oil . You can roast rava n paneer if u like before and if you habe more quantity of oil in your diet chart . Add cumin seeds, onion, tomatoe . Turmeric n green chillies salt as per ur taste . Add rava n paneer. mix well . Pour cup hot water and let it cook . Upma isbready to serve hot in mins
