Cornflakes - 15g Milk - 40ml Whey protein - 1scoop

FRUITS: Apple - 50g Papaya - 60g Strawberries - 40g Blueberry - 10g

Method

Step 1

Chop all the fruits. . Add the cornflakes to a bowl . Now in a shaker add your protein shake and add milk and water. shake it and keep aside. . Now add all your fruits and protein shake in the cornflakes bowl. AND you are done - EASY PEASY Happy eating 🥳
