1. Whey Protein Chocolate flavour, 30 grams 2. Regular oats, 30 grams 3. Water.
Boil water in a container and add oats to it. . Keep stirring the mixture occasionally for another minute. . Add whey protein to another container, add about ml water to whey so that the whey protein settles well in the water. . Now slowly add this whey protein to the container that has oats, keep stirring the mixture slowly until whey and oats are completely mixed. Optional - Almonds, cashew nuts and raisin can be added as adhoc, after counting the calories. Enjoy
