1 scoop choclate flavored whey
10gm Maida
10 gram dark chocolate
50ml milk
1tbsp hershey choclate syrup
Baking soda
Take a microwave safe coffee mug . Break dark chocolate into little pieces . Mix all the dry ingredients properly in the mug using fork. Add pinch of baking soda to make it fluffy . Add milk and mix properly to make a thick paste . Microwave at highest temperature ( for most of devices) for min sec . Let it cool and take it out on a plate. Cut into small pieces . Pour the chocolate syrup ( i prefer my brownie nut free you can add nuts but do consider their calories) . Enjoy guilt free ❤️
